With limited private home bookings available on the mountain, this lodge offers everything you need to host your next get away. Sleeping up to 20 persons, this 6 bedroom 6.5 bath can accommodate your group. Located on big mountain, this home offers convenient access to the slopes and trails while only 15 minutes from the attractions of downtown Whitefish and 45 minutes from the entrance to Glacier National Park.

After a day of fun, slip into the hot tub and enjoy the amazing views or stream off in the sauna.

A large basement offers additional fun with a game room including a pool table, the other table, and old records. Pop up some popcorn and enjoy a movie in the theatre.

The property is maintained by David Urfer of Stumptown property management, who lives locally with his family and has enjoyed all that the Flathead valley can offer for over 18 years. The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total booking charges due. The final balance of the total cost of the booking is required 60 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.

Rental Rates and Taxes

Spring/Summer/Fall $2000 per night with 30% discount for 7 nights or more

December 15 - April 15 $2500 per night with a 30% discount for 7 or more nights

December 18 - January 3 $3500 per night.

Lodging tax 8%

Administration fee 6%

Incidental damage insurance $80

Cleaning fee $900

100% refund 60 days before check-in

50% refund 59-30 days before check-in

Refunds

Subject to the cancellation policies, the entire booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable once your booking is confirmed. No refunds or compensation will be given in the event of a change in the home. No refunds or compensation will be given and we will not be liable for failure to make the home available to you if the property becomes unavailable or unusable for any reason or condition beyond our reasonable control including, weather conditions evacuations, any acts of God, construction, difficult road conditions, utility outages, medical emergencies, death or illness, or any changes or unavailability of amenities in resort operations.
